On time, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend!!👍👍Felix team was amazing, patient and professional, highly recommend!I had a great experience with Michael's Moving. Both my move-out & move-in were seamless and efficient. Both of the crews I had were professional and quick - absolutely no issues. I was actually shocked how fast they were. Also Michael the moving assistant was super helpful throughout the whole process. I also did storage for 2 months and had no issues there. Juan and his crew were awesome. Highly recommend!Michael’s provides top class service! I had the pleasure of Felix and his team delivering a couch. They were very professional, gave check up calls when they picked up the item and all the way to delivery and moving the couch up a very narrow stairwell. No delays, no wasted time, professional and they wrapped the couch in blankets to ensure its safety throughout the trip. Would recommend anyone to pay the extra cost for Michael’s over other cheaper but notably worse alternatives.Felix, Manny, and Alex handled my move. Amazing team!!! Very efficient, clean, and took meticulous care in protecting the furniture. Also extremely friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.Hilbert and his team were amazing. I highly recommend Felix and his team!Miguel and his team were absolutely incredible. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond from start to finish. They took everything we needed moved, including quite a few things we had assumed we would have to figure out how to move ourselves. This was also NOT an easy move. We were moving out of a third-floor walk-up in an old building with narrow, deep, winding stairs and into another third-floor walk-up with its own challenging staircase. Somehow, they managed to get absolutely everything out of the old apartment and into the new one without missing a beat. Truly amazing. I genuinely do not know how these guys’ bodies handle doing this every day! They worked incredibly hard the entire time while remaining friendly, helpful, and professional. We are so appreciative of Miguel and his entire team and would absolutely use them again. Specifically Cesar, Wilson, and Lester were so kind, careful, quick, and efficient! I lived in the north end on a fourth floor apartment, with numerous boxes and furniture. They were able to move everything from the old apartment to the new in under an hour! They even made the bed, hooked up the TV, and went above and beyond what I ever expected or ever seen movers do. I was so happy for the level of care they displayed for my belongings. They wrapped all my furniture for transport without being asked. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Money well spent!!Felix and his team were absolutely amazing! They put in a long 12 hour day to move my property into two homes. The guys were extremely patient, kind, and went above and beyond. Great team and great job. Michael was a pleasure to deal with through the planning process. Highly recommend.I could not recommend a better moving company. At the beginning of my move I struggled with dates and times. Jaclyn helped me numerous times and was always kind and understanding. The movers were helpful and made sure my furniture was taken care of. Freddy (one of the movers) was especially kind during this stressful process. Unfortunately, I could not complete my second move as I became very sick. I called to cancel my second move and Jaclyn was again wonderful. If I ever have to deal with a move again or if anyone I know needs a mover I know who to recommend. Thank you Michael’s Movers for all your support and kindness:)Simply the best moving experience we’ve ever had! Miguel and crew went above and beyond every part of the process. Office and still they couldn’t help, it might be only 200.00 a month only but at least they had loyalty from, one office person can not get ahold of the manager so they keep saying they will call back and never did is insane, now acutely got a better deal with another storage company near.after this review had a conversation with the owner and they have gain my business again good job MichaelEdwin, Angel, and Sig (sorry if I misspelled) were amazing. Juan is an amazing leader who really knows what he is doing and the strong and skilled two other men who were part of the team were a dream come true. S/o to Lee, Miguel, and Christian who were prompt, professional, and dealt with a tricky parking situation. As expected, they were easy to work with, pleasant all around from the texts to the phone to the muscle! Three nice guys showed up. We weren't even done packing yet, which they took in stride, and helped us wrap, box and tape like champs. They even had to take some big items out the back way and hoist them over the 2nd floor railing! In the new place, they positioned our rugs, and our sofa and desks, even assembled our Sleep Number bed and adjusted the setting. They are VERY experienced in all things! And only one item broke, and it was too easy to break, and will be good as new with some Crazy Glue. I hope we don't have to move again anytime soon (knock wood!) but if we do, I know who to call!Huan, Alias, Elki came to do our move today in Quincy ma it was not an easy one we had to move a second floor office and warehouse to an entirely different location. Stress-Free Move Thanks to Felix and Hilbert’s Teams I recently completed a long-distance move from Boston, MA to Sarasota, FL, and this was my first time using Michael’s Moving and Storage. Overall, I had a very positive experience and wanted to share my appreciation for both teams involved in the process. The initial team, led by Felix, handled the packing and loading in Boston. They were extremely professional, organized, and attentive to detail. All of my furniture, including fragile items and my piano, was carefully wrapped and secured. It was clear they took pride in their work and made sure everything was properly protected to prevent any damage during the move. I would especially like to thank the unloading team led by Hilbert. They did an outstanding job upon arrival in Sarasota. One of the biggest challenges was moving my piano to the second floor, especially since there was no elevator available. Despite this, Hilbert and his team handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Their coordination, care, and professionalism truly stood out, and they made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy. Everything arrived in great condition, and the entire process—from loading to unloading—was handled with care and expertise. I am very happy with both the loading team led by Felix and the unloading team led by Hilbert, and I sincerely appreciate their hard work. Thank you to both teams for making my move such a smooth and successful experience.I recently completed a long-distance move from Boston, MA to Sarasota, FL, and this was my first time using Michael’s Moving and Storage. Highly recommend!Amazing experience! Shrewsbury, MA crew worked hard packing 2 trucks. Very thorough and careful with antique furniture, wrapped everything securely and was meticulous with details. They were very helpful and friendly to interact with. They did such a great job. I requested this same crew to come to Virginia to unload our trucks into our new home. They worked tirelessly, were very patient with my decisions about furniture placement and where boxes were to be placed on an organized system. I highly recommend Hilbert, Wilson and Luis ! I am truly so grateful for their help to ensure the job was done right. They went above and beyond to ensure we were delighted!Let’s see, how can I say this. I would bet my most prized possessions that Freddy and his team of two partners could move the Earth to a neighboring galaxy if need be using nothing other than their strength and kindness. They’d also do it for a reasonable price, quick, fast, and in a hurry. Not one thing would be broken. I’ve moved often and hired movers in cities up and down the east coast and Midwest. This is the best. I highly recommend them. You’d be morally shameful for hiring anyone else. The communication was great and scheduling a breeze. They show up on time and finish early. Really, you are in good hands.Felix team was beyond helpful in this move that I was dreading. They made it easy and efficient. When there was an issue with the parking they went the extra mile and didn't let that slow them down. They were polite courteous and kept a steady pace to get it done. Best move I've ever done with the any company! The only way I'd do this again was with their help! From start to finish the movers were fantastic! Last month they came to pick them up, wrap additional items, and transport everything to FLA…awesome job by Felix and the team (FYI, all the pieces arrived pristine). It’s our 3rd or 4th time using Michael’s and am always impressed by everyone’s professional and courteous nature. Highly recommend, we’d use them again.Michael's moved household items from MA to FLA last month. Everything went smoothly, couldn't have had a better experience. Maren M.What a great moving experience! My team in MA was fantastic and the cross country driver Hilberth Ramas and the Utah crew made short work of the move in. Thanks Michael’s!My family and I had an emergency situation on the week of Christmas. We had to move out on Christmas Eve and had no idea if that was possbile. The first and only call I made was to Michael's Moving and Jaclyn put me at ease. She listened to my situation and what I needed to get done along with the time deadlines, and was able to put together a 3 man crew for me at 8am on Christmas Eve. A legit Christmas Miracle. They moved us into our new apartment in a matter of 3 hours. Felix, Freddy, and Manrique were fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. We can't thank you all enough for what you did and are grateful you made the move happen. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a moving job from true professionals!!! Update 3/9/26 - We used them again, and they were just as incredible this time around. Efficient, fast, and even offered to build some items to save me a whole lot of time because I work alot. Worth every single penny!!! Bryan also helped set up the move and he was equally as friendly, efficient with the set up & communicative, and knowledgeable. Thank you for making what was a stressful time an absolute breeze!Felix, Manuel and Charlie of Michael’s Moving Company helped me to move a ton of random bins and boxes from my home into a storage unit about 25 minutes away. They were incredibly efficient, friendly and professional and the move went off quickly and without a hitch. I was worried that conditions might be too tricky and unsafe, as the sidewalks, steps and streets were covered with ice. It was the slipperiest winter conditions I have seen in years. But the team handled everything with such care; they salted and shoveled and just did everything in their power to get the job done safely and without incident. They arrived at my place on time, with a thoughtful pre-arrival phone call, and just made what I expected to be a stressful experience so very pleasant and easy. Also: settling up the post-job payment was just as easy; I appreciated that I was able to pay electronically with my card already on file. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company and this team again in future and highly recommend their services.I honestly had such a great experience with Michael’s Moving & Storage. Moving is usually so stressful, but they made the whole process feel easy. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got everything done way faster than I expected. They handled my bigger items really carefully and made sure nothing was damaged. On top of that, they just had really good energy the whole time very respectful and easy to talk to. The price was definitely worth it for how smooth everything went. I’d 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.Felix and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! They were super friendly, impressively efficient, and just overall went above and beyond helping me get set up with my move. Every Michael's employee I have ever worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at their job. Most importantly, they have always been willing to improvise when moves turn unexpectedly complicated!Hilbert and his crew were great to work with and never stopped moving.I had a move a few weeks ago and the guys were great. Juan's team was extremely efficient, professional and kind, and the move was done much faster than I anticipated. Timing, quality, all of it. Would use again as my first choice.Juan and his collegues were extremely efficient, especially when unassembling my big furniture during move out and reassembling during move-in. Highly recommend!I actually couldn't wait. It's literally one of the first things I wanted to do after I got the computer set up, was to say thank you to Michael's. Your guys were on time, professional, friendly, efficient, thorough and fast. Thanks to you guys busting your tails I'm back online and ready to kick back and maybe fall asleep on the couch in twelve hours. Life savers, every one of you. I should add, the process? Simple and quick. You folks are pros from top to bottom, and your white glove service was a bargain at twice the price, without exaggeration. Can't thank you enough!Hilberth and his team were amazing!! They helped us move things to three different locations in the snow and cold and made it so easy for us! Thank you again!I give Michaels Moving 10 stars. Michael was incredibly flexible in rearranging their moving schedule when my condo suddenly had no place for their van to park after a major snowstorm. Felix and his team quickly packed up my MA condo belongings one day and delivered them to my new residence in Philadelphia the next morning. There is usually one day between packing and delivering; but because of the schedule change, they shortened the down time. Kudos to Felix and his team for driving from MA to PA early in the morning and then driving back to MA the same day, as soon as they delivered all my stuff. I really appreciated it. Felix kept everything on track and he was incredibly helpful with suggesting where some of the major pieces should go. It would have taken a long time for my siblings and me to place my furniture in the right place. Also, Felix made me feel so much calmer during the move because of his personality and his ability to keep things on track. This is my second time using Michael's Movers. They are very efficient and they charge a fair price.Angel, Jose and Pablo were amazing!!!!! They were very professional, careful and helped us with anything we needed. Would use again if moving in the boston area. [Move was from walpole to providence]Felix and the team did a great job. Super friendly and my 5 year old got to sit in their truck and honk the horn. Move commercial furniture in a 2000sf space to a city about half an hour away and problem solved through some of the new building’s difficult unloading situations.Excellent crew. Quick, efficient and very professional. They took great care of our stuff and house to make sure there was no damage. This is my third time using Michaels and I will go back to them again in the future.Angel, Sigfredo and Miguel moved me from one home to another and then moved the rest of my belongings into storage. They came unloaded our entire home and moved it to our new home that works diligent strategically and they were very efficient with all the things that we did have they put everything in its rightful place inside of the new home and ask questions where we wanted things to go where things were unclear or not marked And when things ended up in the wrong areas for whatever reason they were so helpful by moving it from the space that it was located into the rightful space that we requested they were very nice and respectful of the new home. They took off their shoes when asked they put down Blankets and paper to protect the floors. We even had questions about our new boiler because the water was not running in our new home and HillBert. To the basement and showed us how to activate the water as well as giving us some helpful tips in an additional information that we had no clue about that was very helpful. We appreciate Hillbert and his team very much and recommend them to any of our friends and family and if for whatever reason we do need to Services they will be the first people that we contact!!! We moved apartments within Boston. When i called Michael's Moving CO, it was a professional experience start to finish. During the move, we had an issue getting the large sofa into the new apartment. I didn't think they would get it to fit, but I was wrong. Freddy and his crew went the extra mile to make it fit, without damaging walls or the furniture. I will for sure use them again. DouglasWe’re very grateful to Hilbert and team. They were extremely quick and efficient. We were done with the move-out and move-in in just over three hours. These guys move you with care. They’re professional, punctual, quick, trustworthy, reliable, and affordable. I will never go outside of Michael’s ever again.
