They took everything we needed moved, including quite a few things we had assumed we would have to figure out how to move ourselves. This was also NOT an easy move. We were moving out of a third-floor walk-up in an old building with narrow, deep, winding stairs and into another third-floor walk-up with its own challenging staircase. Somehow, they managed to get absolutely everything out of the old apartment and into the new one without missing a beat. Truly amazing. I genuinely do not know how these guys’ bodies handle doing this every day! They worked incredibly hard the entire time while remaining friendly, helpful, and professional. I lived in the north end on a fourth floor apartment, with numerous boxes and furniture. They were able to move everything from the old apartment to the new in under an hour! They even made the bed, hooked up the TV, and went above and beyond what I ever expected or ever seen movers do. I was so happy for the level of care they displayed for my belongings. Team came with the right equipment and got the move done in less than a minute. It took me longer to change the thermostat lol. Once i was done they move it perfectly back in place. Jaclyn helped me numerous times and was always kind and understanding. The movers were helpful and made sure my furniture was taken care of. Freddy (one of the movers) was especially kind during this stressful process. Unfortunately, I could not complete my second move as I became very sick. I called to cancel my second move and Jaclyn was again wonderful. If I ever have to deal with a move again or if anyone I know needs a mover I know who to recommend. Michelle D.29 May 2026I thought I remembered hiring Michael's for our last move 16 years ago, and for a workplace move too. So I called again! As expected, they were easy to work with, pleasant all around from the texts to the phone to the muscle! Three nice guys showed up. We weren't even done packing yet, which they took in stride, and helped us wrap, box and tape like champs. They even had to take some big items out the back way and hoist them over the 2nd floor railing! In the new place, they positioned our rugs, and our sofa and desks, even assembled our Sleep Number bed and adjusted the setting. They are VERY experienced in all things! And only one item broke, and it was too easy to break, and will be good as new with some Crazy Glue. I hope we don't have to move again anytime soon (knock wood!) but if we do, I know who to call!Posted on Google

I would bet my most prized possessions that Freddy and his team of two partners could move the Earth to a neighboring galaxy if need be using nothing other than their strength and kindness. The first and only call I made was to Michael's Moving and Jaclyn put me at ease. She listened to my situation and what I needed to get done along with the time deadlines, and was able to put together a 3 man crew for me at 8am on Christmas Eve. A legit Christmas Miracle. They were incredibly efficient, friendly and professional and the move went off quickly and without a hitch. I was worried that conditions might be too tricky and unsafe, as the sidewalks, steps and streets were covered with ice. It was the slipperiest winter conditions I have seen in years. But the team handled everything with such care; they salted and shoveled and just did everything in their power to get the job done safely and without incident. Michael was incredibly flexible in rearranging their moving schedule when my condo suddenly had no place for their van to park after a major snowstorm. Felix and his team quickly packed up my MA condo belongings one day and delivered them to my new residence in Philadelphia the next morning. There is usually one day between packing and delivering; but because of the schedule change, they shortened the down time. Kudos to Felix and his team for driving from MA to PA early in the morning and then driving back to MA the same day, as soon as they delivered all my stuff. I really appreciated it. Felix kept everything on track and he was incredibly helpful with suggesting where some of the major pieces should go. It would have taken a long time for my siblings and me to place my furniture in the right place. They came unloaded our entire home and moved it to our new home that works diligent strategically and they were very efficient with all the things that we did have they put everything in its rightful place inside of the new home and ask questions where we wanted things to go where things were unclear or not marked And when things ended up in the wrong areas for whatever reason they were so helpful by moving it from the space that it was located into the rightful space that we requested they were very nice and respectful of the new home. They took off their shoes when asked they put down Blankets and paper to protect the floors. We even had questions about our new boiler because the water was not running in our new home and HillBert. To the basement and showed us how to activate the water as well as giving us some helpful tips in an additional information that we had no clue about that was very helpful. We appreciate Hillbert and his team very much and recommend them to any of our friends and family and if for whatever reason we do need to Services they will be the first people that we contact!!!
